  Hi,
  I have added my credit card as a payment method but it is saying please add a credit card, Kindly check if my payment method is correctly added to my account.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  I can see your credit card as a payment method, so when renewal comes, that card will be used.

  You can see that card in your account settings:

  I just noticed that you’re logged in to a different account than the one that owns the upgrades. So, that’s the reason why you can’t see the card on your payment methods page.

  To be able to manage your upgrades, please log in to your other account.
