Issue Uploading Theme

  I am struggling to upload a theme I have downloaded. When I go through the process, when the upload has finished I receive an error saying ‘the link you are following has expired’. I have changed the max upload on WordPress to 250mb but still no difference. Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  Third party themes can only be uploaded to WordPress.com if your site is on the Business Plan:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  I have changed the max upload on WordPress to 250mb but still no difference.

  There is nowhere on WordPress.com where such a setting can be changed. If you’re using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, please ask in https://wordpress.org/support/ or contact support for your theme directly.
