Issue with Database

I am in the process of customizing the layout, design and color scheme for my webstore and have come across a couple of problems.
Changes I make aren’t saving and I keep receiving the following message
‘changeset_post_save_failure’. I have looked online for a solution but i cant seem to find one.Also, when creating custom menus for the header and footer, i select the items (pages) i wish to have displayed and they dont appear within the structure box for me to reorder. I have tried via the Menus tab and through theme customization.
From Appearance->Menu I can add them footer menu but I can’t actually arrange their order since they don’t actually appear in the menu list in front of me.
When trying to do that from Appearance->Customize it works but when you try to Publish again gives changeset_post_save_failure
I have already tried 6 themes and the issue persist with each of them. Please assist.This was the reply from the server hosts:
