Issue with DNS – impact to Outlook autodiscovery on older versions

  Hi, please can you help – older versions of Outlook are impacted when doing autodiscovery on earlier versions of the application. The cert which loads is for WP, not MS. I am forced to reinstall Office with the latest version to get the mailbox to load.

  Addendum:

  WP DNS servers are currently set to be used on my domain. Newer versions of Outlook talk to 365 / Azure directly to load mailboxes. Older versions do not.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure what you’re saying here. Your account also doesn’t own any custom domains with us which could have an Office 365 email address connected to it.

  Can you please tell us the domain you need help with, and exactly what it is you’re trying to do?
