issue with ftp

  when i install a new theme, i enter in my ftp info but it doesn’t connect. i use sftp with keys, how can i fix this? where do i copy the keys?

  Since your site is self-hosted, you’ll want to ask your question at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Here, on these forums, we can only help with sites hosted on our servers.
  On WordPress.com we do not use FTP, so I don’t have much experience to guide you. Folks on that other forums, though, should be able to advise :)
