Using the link provided in your mail, I have now cancelled the upgrade. please confirm by when would the refund be completed

I see you had a WordPress.com Premium trial upgrade, and you cancelled it before the charge to keep that Premium upgrade went through. There was a pending charge on your account, but that pending charge was not finalized and I confirmed that everything was cancelled successfully.
It may take some time for your bank to remove that pending charge from your account. If you have any questions or concerns about that pending charge, please contact your bank for more information about that process.
