Issue with payment

  Hi guys,

  I’m trying to purchase a one year Premium plan but there are two issues I am experiencing:

  1. I’m unable to add VAT ID due to error messages I keep getting (cleaning the search history and cookies has not helped);

  2. I’m unable to process the payment as I get another error message: The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE. And another one: Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

  Please kindly help to sort it all out.
