Issue with Plugin "Follow"

  When I try to activate the plugin “follow” I get the follow fatal error:
  “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ep_exclude_pages() (previously declared in /home/content/03/11634503/html/wp-content/plugins/exclude-pages/exclude_pages.php:39) in /home/content/03/11634503/html/wp-content/plugins/follow/follow.php on line 4350”

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
