issue with site – supposed to be .org and it is .com

  HI – can someone help me figure our how i was directed to wordpress.com instead of org and tell me if I can transfer everything over to .org? I am hosting with Bluehost. thank you. I have to rebuild my site and i want to know how to start from scratch.
