Hi,
When you assigned a static page to display on your homepage, you should have assigned another page to display your posts on. See Set a Static Front Page. The “Blog” page is not presently assigned to display your posts. Do you want it to be? Remember that the content of the static page assigned as your posts page will not display.

Yes I would like the blog posts to appear in the blog menu and my home page to be the static “welcome” page that visitors first see. How can I assign the blog menu to display all blog posts ?
-
Section 2. Set a Static Front Page of the Set a Static “Home” Page support page contains the instructions.
The module displayed there can be found at Customize > Static Front Page. Alternately, you make the change at Reading Settings. Your reading settings page is https://primaltactics.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php. You’ve already chosen a static page to display as your homepage. Now, just select another page to display your posts on. The “posts page” selector is directly below the “front page” selector.

If you select the page “Blog” as your posts page, at Customize>Static Front page, or at Reading Settings, the “Blog” link in the menu will open to your posts page.

Perhaps I misunderstood before. Do you want all posts to appear in the header area menu, or to display in one or more drop-down menus descending from an item or items in the header area menu?

If my suggestions haven’t been helpful in resolving the issue, or if I’ve misunderstood the issue, you may call for staff attention by adding a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic.

Excellent! Glad you got it working properly. You’re welcome.
You might want to eventually consider using category pages to allow you to organize links to your posts in a custom menu. The following support pages would be the most essential if you decide to go this route:
- Custom Menus — https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
- Categories — https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/
- Category Pages — https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
