Issues accessing a site

Hi all. I have recently started working with the mixOmics (mixOmics.org) team. However, despite the fact that my new boss has provided me admin access to the site, I cannot load into anything. I can access mixOmics.org itself, but anytime I try to access anything related to this site on the WordPress side, the page just infinitely loads and then fails. Extremely occasionally, I am able to access the login page, where it says my password is incorrect (when I am sure it isn’t). I can sign into WordPress itself fine, but I cannot see anything related to the mixOmics site on there. I have tried across three different computers, three browsers on each over two different internet connections and the same issue occurs.
I need some help ASAP so I can actually start properly working

Your site at mixOmics.org is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Namecheap. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. In this case, since your site is hosted by Namecheap, only they can help you with logging in to your account. Please contact them first, and if they are unable to help, please post on the WordPress.org forum linked above.
