Issues accessing as an admin

  Hi, our developer in India has been assigned an admin role. His login is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  He can log in to https://productified.com/wp-admin, however when he tries accessing the pages or plugins, he gets a message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’.
  We use BuddyPress signup/login plugin, and have disabled Jetpack WordPress login. Pls help!

  Since that site is under our Business Plan, would you please ask the plan owner to contact our priority live chat support via https://wordpress.com/help/contact ?

  They’ll have the right tools to help with this, plus it’ll be a far more efficient way of getting support.
