Issues activating themes and plug-ins

    Hello.
    I am having issues with all the plug-ins and themes I’ve downloaded on my computer and uploaded to WordPress. For example with the Brooklyn theme I cannot chose a demo version and when I want to activate the child version it just goes blank. Also with toast SEO premium, when I click on activate, it goes blank, same with other themes and plug ins, whenever I click o ‘activate’ it goes blank and it loads weirdly. How can that be fixed?
