Issues and need immediate assistance

    Hello. I took over the WordPress account and have created several posts for our ‘People Blog’ on our Career Site. I am having several issues, one being the video is getting an error on the main page, but probably the biggest issue is that I am getting an error each time I try to update, and a new tab opens but doesn’t load. I tried deactivating some of the plug-ins but no such luck. I ran a site health report that came back with issues I’m unsure how to fix. Please help at your earliest convenience.

    I’m seeing an error saying the format isn’t supported or the file isn’t found, so I double checked the file path — indeed it is not found.

    You didn’t mention the other errors, but I looked at my console while visiting your site, and there are quite a few 404 errors for a theme file, images, and more. Is that the kind of error you’re seeing too?

    Is there any chance some files got deleted? Can you work with your host, or with Jetpack if you have Jetpack Backup, to get a working copy restored?

    Also, there’s only so much I can do here because the site is hosted with another provider. These forums are for the free sites at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference:
