Issues Centring WooCommerce "add to cart" Button

  I’m having trouble centring the “add to cart” button with the quantity dropdown on my checkout page (I’m using WooCommerce). It seems as if the “add to cart” button has a margin on the top and the quantity dropdown does not, although I’m not sure how to change that in the custom CSS.
