    1) When I try to create a new account I am not able to view the user information for the new account?

    2) I’d like to use a forms plugin. Which one would you recommend?

    Hi there,

    Do you mean a new WordPress.com account, or a site-specific user account on a WordPress site hosted somewhere else?

    This forum only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com. To create a new user account on WordPress.com you first need to be completely logged out, and you’ll only be able to view information for a particular account if you’re logged into that account.

    It’s not possible to create site-specific accounts for other users on a WordPress.com site.

    WordPress.com sites also come with contact form functionality built in, and we also support Wufoo and JotForm forms.
