Issues signing into site/Need to permanately an existing site

Hello,
We currently have two company sites being hosted by WP. The 1st id http://www.bio-key.com and the 2nd is http://www.touch-lock.com. It is the 2nd site that I am unable to access and the agency who developed it for my company told me I needed to contact WP to gain access.
As for the site I am using to contact you know on, I would like to permanently delete it. I started designing it before we choose to use an outside agency to build it and now this one longer serves any purpose.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
