Issues Subscribing to My Blog

I’ve had several people tell me that they have tried to subscribe to my blog, but don’t get a confirmation email. They’ve checked Junk folders– nothing. I’ve tried entering their email address myself– doesn’t work. Something must be blocking it (maybe they tried too many times?) Is there a way to ‘clear’ and start again? Thanks, Jodi
