issues with email subscribers

  Hi, I have a wordpress.org site but some subscribers keep receiving emails from wordpress.com. I also have an Active Campaign Email Marketing I use them but sometimes still get subscribers through WordPress.com. So basically I have 2 issues, having people subscribing through wordpress.com (I don’t know how this happened) and having WordPress.com sending updates when I create a new blog post which should be taken care of by Active Campaign. My blog is http://www.cecilfashion.com and I believe I may have multiple emails as a login. I also used to have 2 or 3 sites many years ago with wordpress.com but they are not active anymore.

  Please let me know what to do because it’s been getting messier by the day.
