Issues with login to Website to make changes

    Hello. A few days ago I spoke with Justin from WP Website Support. He was trying to help me figure out my login issue. He did, however, I needed permission from my Board before I could pay for it to be fixed. I now have the permission. Now, I’m trying to figure out where I was to get that help again.

    I do not see any sites under your @mmcooley3 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
