Issues with my password protected page

Visitors to one of the sites that I designed (southcentralsilhouettes.com) can’t access the password protected page using the password that I created. It works for me, but not for anyone else. I need this to work ASAP for my client. Thanks!!!

No, I’m betting that most of them do not have WordPress.com accounts. That shouldn’t matter, right? If my site is for outside visitors to view, anyone with the password should be able to login or so I thought.

Yes. Why don’t you create a different password-protected page, set up the same way as the other, tell us the password just the way you told them the password, and we can see where the failure might be.
It could be simple as capitals vs no capitals, quotation marks vs none, etc.
