Issues with our domain, our wordpress site and paying for upgrade

    Hi –
    We have completely lost our site which was pointed to our domain ekavalli.com. We imagine this is because our business plan expired, but we were and are unable to find any clear process to renew this. We dont need a wordpress domain name but it seems like we are obliged to use one!
    Our site is also now under a ‘wpcomstaging.com’ extension which we dont understand, if there was an issue shouldn’t it roll from ekavalli.com to ekavalli.wordpress.com?
    Multiple attempts to pay have failed, only on the wordpress site.
    Any suggestions anyone? All we want –
    – Our site on WordPress pointing back to ekavalli.com
    – the ability to pay for a business subscription
    Failing the above, the access to someone from WordPress to help us out, we cant seem to find a quick chat link now that we are off the Business plan!
    We really wish this process was smoother and less riddled in complications for end users like us.
    Any suggestions or pointers much appreciated.

    That is correct – this can be re-purchased via My Site > Upgrades > Plans.

    – Our site on WordPress pointing back to ekavalli.com

    Ok so when the plan is purchased the domain can be re-mapped as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
