Issues with people trying to follow blog from mobile site

  I have a blog on wordpress and when people are trying to follow the blog on anything other than an actual computer it redirects them to sign up for wordpress instead of following my blog. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
