Issues with Renewing Domain

Hi, I am attempting to renew our site domain and plan. We are a non for profit organisation and when I attempt to purchase it returns an error advising me to contact the original subscription owner. As we are an organisation, the original owners are no longer part of the organisation and we need to ensure we continue to pay our premium plan and maintain our website. Can you please advise on best move forward to get our site up as quickly as possible.

We see the owner of a site as the username who created that site, and the owner of an upgrade as the user who purchased that upgrade. In this site’s case, both the site and its upgrades belong to the username, northernhighlandtravel
Only that username is able to renew or otherwise make edits to upgrades they own, so you will need to contact that person and ask them to transfer the site to someone else in your organisation. That way that person will become the new owner of the upgrades as well, and will have the ability to renew them.
I do see that the plan on that site was just renewed yesterday and is good until February 2018, so it looks like you might already have contacted them. But to prevent this problem happening again next year, please ask them to completely transfer the site to you by following the instructions here:
