Issues with settings section

  I am working on this site and I am unable to access the settings section to manage the plugins and content itself. The same password for the account is not working for the settings section. Any advice? TIA

  It sounds like your site is set up on the open source WordPress.org software – that’s different from using our managed hosting environment of WordPress.com. Please share the site in question so we can take a closer look and get you in the right direction for help.
