Sorry, it was an autogenerated message…

In order to move my changes to production in my staging site I usually go to:
Settings > Hosting configuration > Staging site
but this time, after a few seconds, the form I was used to be shown to select the sync options is replaced with an error message:
    “
We couldn’t synchronize the staging environment.
    “

Any idea on how can I restore the connection?
I have many changes done in the staging site that I can’t move to the production one :'(

    Thanks and best regards,
    Damiano

    Hi,

My staging site is not connected anymore with the prod site.
I can access both sites indipendentlym but when I go in ‘settings’ > ‘hosting configuration’ > ‘staging site’ after few seconds I get an error ‘We couldn’t synchronize the staging environment.’ which replace the usual form for the syncronizaiton.

    Please help!

    Many thanks
    Damiano

    Hello @damianogiampaoli

I’m not seeing any sites under the account you’ve contacted us from. Could you please share a link to the production site or contact us in live chat from the owning account?
