It says I don’t have a site

    Hi there, Help!
    I am trying to understand all of this tech but I am finding myself struggling a bit. I purchased a personal site ($120/year) and a domain name (thenursesnutritionist.com) but every time I log into my account it takes me to the payment page again. I am trying to set up a website, link my domain name and my G suite email that has that same @thenursesnutritionist.com domain, and I cannot figure it out. Maybe I need to wait the 72 hours? I have cleared my browser cache and still nothing. I know I am missing something, but I am unsure what.

    It looks like you created two WordPress.com accounts because the domain and personal plan that you purchased is not under the account you are contacting us from, jessc45550badd0. Do you remember the username and password to the other account that you created?

    You can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
