It says I dont have an account but I do and therefore I cant use the app

  Hi there!

  It sounds like you’re having a hard time using one of our apps. Are you referring to the mobile app?
  If you’re trying to edit your site simplyheartfelt.co via mobile app, you wouldn’t log in to your WordPress.com account but instead, you will need to sign in to a self-hosted WordPress site. For that, open the app and tap on “Log In”. Then, select the “Log in by entering your site address”.

  

  This will add another field to the form so you can enter the site’s address domain name (URL) of your site.

  You can then log in with your username and password.
