It says I have 3 sites I didn’t buy

    Hi. I was looking into using this service but never checked out with my account. It is telling me I have 3 domains now with the .WordPress.com domain and I did not purchase them. I had my billing information put in, but never clicked to confirm my payment and exited the page since I changed my mind. I want to make sure I am not about to be charged for what I did not buy.

    Hi there,

    The only sites in your account are free WordPress.com sites. The *.wordpress.com address is created automatically when you create a new site, and is not something you can buy. All three those sites were created two days ago when you created this account. You would have needed to go through the site creation flow at https://wordpress.com/start/site/ to create each one of them – there’s no other way a site can be created.

    We also do not have any billing information at all for you, as that information is not stored on our servers if you just type it into the form. The info is only stored when you submit it or make an actual purchase.
