Hey so I received an email regarding an upgrade I had ordered. However, it says that I was this close to upgrading but it still says that I paid for it on my bank account payments. How do I get my money back?

Right now you have purchased an annual subscription to the Business plan for $300. Do you want to cancel that and get a refund? If that’s the case, then you can go to your Purchases page and do so.
