  Hi I’m trying to customizer a lage however it keeps telling me to wait despite refreshing and I have now been waiting for over an hour

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to log into your site or access the customizer?

  If the latter, have you tried accessing the page via a different browser or clearing your cache?

  Try either of those suggestions and let me know if you have any success.
