Items out of stock and Live site

    I am logging onto my website and its showing that all my items are out of stock which they clearly are not because no one has purchased anything and also I have the stock set at 100 for each item. Also I was having issues with the site being live and saying coming soon until I turned that off. When you switch the coming soon to off does that mean the site is now live?
