We can’t help directly because we don’t host your sites on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Another thing I can suggest is to contact Bluehost support and ask if they can resore your sites from an earlier backup (from before the hack) which is the fastest way to recover your sites.
