  I need to develop using elmenator , so do I need to move my domain in wordpress or just map it,

  because i do not my current website to go down until its not ready

  If you’re already developing a WordPress site elsewhere, then you’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress software from https://wordpress.org and don’t need WordPress.com

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
