I've already paid to upgrade, but cannot add music

  Greetings.

  Three or four months ago, I paid the $20 to upgrade the video so that I could embed music into my blogs. Well, WordPress doesn’t seem to remember this and I don’t know what to do.

  Also, I cannot figure out how to embed music so that it will play in the background while someone is reading my blog.

  Sure!

  Also, when I click through the upgrade process, it now tells me it wants $59. So, I feel like I paid $20 for something that I can’t even use and did not receive any benefit from.
