I just checked your account and found that the last payment took place on March 8, 2025, which has been refunded in full on March 9, 2025. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Have you been charged after that date? Could you share a transaction ID from your credit card or bank statement (here’s how to get it) with us at billingsupport@wordpress.com? This will help us locate the charge on our end.
