  [I have just sent this on email but got nowhere with the AI response so I’m posting on the forums in the hope that a human will repond. I cannot attach grabs so would be grateful if someone contacted me by email over this]

  Hello,

  I have been charged for the past two years by you for a free account.

  I was alerted to this by a payment that came out of my account last week, checked back and found that the same thing happened last year. 

  That’s two payments of £100.80, on May 16, 2025 and May 18, 2026. Attached are grabs of the transactions from my bank statements.

  I checked the billing info on my account and the last transaction is a refund I received in May 2023 (grab attached) after cancelling an auto-renewal on a paid-for account. I note my debit card is still on the account and this is how the money has been taken. My account reverted to a free account from May 2023.

  I have had no comms over these payments and have received neither receipt nor confirmation. I conclude that this must be an error in your billing systems.

  I would be grateful if you would refund me £201.60 as soon as possible and I will then delete my payment information and my account.

  The issue two years ago was a paid account I’d cancelled, still on auto-renew.
  I tried your helpful ‘why was I charged’ form, filled in all details in Bank transaction number but got “Oh no, something doesn’t look right here”.

  You can certainly say that again!
