  I see no charges in your account, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you so no way we could have charged you.

  Any charges from us would clearly say “WORDPRESS” in the transaction details on your bank statement, and would include a unique code. If you see that, please confirm, but don’t post the code here.

  You can also search for the transaction at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ if you’re not sure what site it is for, and you can contact our billing team directly from that page.
