  Hello everyone,

  I’ve been trying to transfer my domain to a new host. Yet the transfer code wasn’t sent. I tried resending it several times. I also checked my spam folder more than 50 times and still, it isn’t there. Help me, please. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  We were busy with a system upgrade yesterday that caused a delay in domain-related emails from being sent.

  I see the email has since been sent, and you’ve been able to start a transfer at your new provider. The transfer should complete in about a week.
