I've lost the blog because,following your promotion, I changed the domain

  I have just changed the adrees of my blog -that I had with you many years ago and accepting your offer from “cmcort.wordpress.com” to “conceptosesparcidos.com” and now I see that my blog has disappeared: no matters what address I write in the browser the answer is always the same: “Page not found”.

  Could it be possibe to solve this problem and return to the old “cmcort.wordpress.com”?

  Hi there, it looks like you only mapped the domain conceptosesparcidos.com – but didn’t actually register it.

  It looks like the domain conceptosesparcidos.com belongs to someone else, and was regsitered back on May 24, 2008.

  I’ve remmoved this domain mapping upgrade from your site and reset the credit that comes with your Premium bundle so you can try purchasing a domain, at no extra charge.

  To register a new domain, just head over to Store > Domains:

  I really thank you very, very much your help. At least I’ve been able to recover the old domain “cmcort.wordpress.com”.

  In effect: I had purchased for several years a domain called “conceptosesparcidos.com” in “HispaVista”, although I hardly ever used it. When I saw the offer of WordPress, I thought that I would like to move it here, so I asked “HispaVista” its cancellation that occurred last May, 24. They told me I had to wait until that date.

  I thought that, once cancelled the old one, it would be enough to “push the button” to move the domain toWordpress.

  The problem is that my English is very bad and my computer skills, even worst: I scarcely understand this kind of instructions even reading them in Spanish.

  So, your help has been very useful to me: priceless.

  For me, the fundamental problem -rrecover the blog- is solved thnks to you and, with morecalm and reflection, I will try again to change the domain name.

  Again, I thank you very much for solving my problem as for the quick doing it.
