I've paid for a premium account, but that's not happening

  Have an account under annellewellyn.com, which redirects to texturalarts.com (I want both domain names). Paid for premium, but showing only free account. Need help asap.

  But texturalarts.com is not registered yet

  Hi there,

  You are logged into the wrong account.

  The domain, annellewellyn.com, belongs to the username, annellewellyn, as does the Premium Plan on that site. Your account is not even a user on that site.

  Log out of this account, and log in as the username, annellewellyn, and you’ll have access to your site with the Premium Plan.
