I’ve paid for premium (4200rs) but haven’t got any subscription

Very bad support. I’ve been raising my queries since yesterday but I’ve got no solution yet. I’ve neither got my domain subscription nor my money back. I request you to please help otherwise I’ll report my issue on consumer court.

This is the first thread you posted about your problem and it’s only a few minutes old. Wait for a Staff member who can see what’s going on.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
As my colleague mentioned to you in 1 of the 8 emails you sent us, the screenshot of your statement lists someone else as the merchant you paid, not us.
However, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
