  Hello. I need to edit my website, but neither of my emails – (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) – are recognized. Can you help?

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you are having trouble accessing?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, so please contact your host for help as the login details are stored on their servers. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you have more questions afterwards.

  I can check where the site isn’t hosted if you aren’t sure.
