  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase. The Jetpack plugin is free – so are you referring to a Jetpack Premium Plan?

  Haven’t used jetpak. Did not purchase a Jetpak upgrade. Perhaps jetpak was maybe bundled with something else–I don’t know. Any help on refunding would be greatly appreciated. You say the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Can you possibly tell me what site the upgrade was purchased for?

  We have absolutely no history of paid plans, transactions, or billing activity of any kind on the account you’re currently logged into.
