I see I have been charged for jetpack, $39, and I don’t have any wordpress sites anymore. I have tried to log in to an old account, which I guess is the one that ordered the jetpack originally, and there is nothing there, wordpress tells me I have no accounts. I wonder how to make sure I never get charged for anything again, and also wonder if I can get my money back? Looking for whatever help I can get. Thank you.

Here is the email and receipt for jetpack. It is apparently for support of an old site I used to have called romancejunkie.ca. It has been defunct for a long time. Can you see what you need in order to help me cancel this so it won’t be charged again? Thank you for trying.

With the information you provided I was able to verify the ownership of that purchase and I have canceled it and issued you a refund. You won’t be changed again in the future.
