  Hi there!

  I understand you’re trying to set up Jetpack on your site. The site you linked, rainbowgirl1980.art.blog, is a WordPress.com site, and all WordPress.com sites have Jetpack built-in and enabled by default. Are you referring to a different site? If yes, can you share the link to your other site so that we can check?
