  I need to give the user such access an editor, but with the ability to see jetpack analytics. How can i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, any Admin, Editor, Author or Contributor on a WordPress.com website can see the Jetpack stats in the dashboard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ Is that what you mean?
