Jetpack and purchases got disconnected from our WordPress accounts

Our WordPress.com instance got disconnected from Jetpack and we cannot access our purchases anymore. We followed all the guides that we could find, but because WordPress.com “manages” the jetpack plugin, we can’t reactivate or reinstall it. Trying to “Set up Jetpack” results in an “unknown client_id”.
When we navigate to our purchases, they have the status “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases”.
We’ve already sent a support email a couple days ago but haven’t received a response. And we can’t seem to start live chat because it doesn’t recognize we’re a paying customer
