Jetpack blocking wp-admin – Unable to unblock

  HI Team, When i try to open my wp-admin site, jetpack has blocked my IP for potential violation. When I put in my email ID in the popup to unlock, it says invalid email ID. Email ID I enter is ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’. When I enter my other email ID which I originally used for my account ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’, it works. But again, the email I receive on (email visible only to moderators and staff), clicking on the Unblock button, does nothing.
