    I upgraded Jetpack plugin, but there is something wrong. My money is gone, but the plugin is still on a ‘Free plan’. I have found no solution to this even with the community help.

    Because I wanted to evaluate the plugin for a customer of mine, I have no need for the plugin myself, and now it is too late.
